As a small business owner or product developer/inventor, do you sometimes feel overwhelmed with the abundance of resources, especially on the Intneret, and yet you are unsure of which ones are more relevant to your business?
To start you on your journey, I have created this 24-page marketing directory for small business owners and product developers/inventors, who are doing business in Northern California. (Downloadable in an Adobe Acrobat PDF file format.)
This directory encompasses a sampling of the most commonly requested resources for various industries and career choices. The resources are from my database of literally thousands of resources. I have been building this database since 2001. That is when I first began volunteering as an instructor with the Small Business Administration (SBA) offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as, begin attending the Inventors Alliance association meetings (where I have also been a presenter).
My objective is to help small business owners and product developers/inventors find some of the most relevant and useful resources for their industry, including associations, publications/media, and tradeshows/conferences. My assumption is that you are tight on money and time. Therefore, you need to quickly find the most cost-effective resources which will work for you. There resources can then be leveraged to find other relevant resources for your particular industry.
This first edition of the directory includes general resources, such as links to business planning information, publications/media and governemt offices in the San Francisco Bay Area.
